Wakefield Tech Help

Wakefield · Ossett · Horbury

Local help when the technology in your home isn't behaving.

Wi-Fi that keeps dropping, a smart TV that will not connect, a doorbell camera that has gone quiet, a printer that has fallen out with the laptop. We come to your home, sort it out, and explain what we did in plain English.

How it works

No jargon, no surprises at the door

Three steps, and you know what the cost is before anybody turns up.

  1. 1

    Tell us what is happening

Send a message, ring, or email. Describe it the way you would to a neighbour — you do not need the right words for it.

  2. 2

We agree what it will cost

We will say what we think is going on, what we would do about it, and what it will cost, before we come out.

  3. 3

We come out and sort it

We fix the cause rather than restarting things and hoping, then show you what changed so you are not afraid to touch it.

Pricing

£49to start

That is where a home visit starts.

You will know the price before we come out

What a job comes to depends on what it turns out to be. A single device that will not connect is a very different afternoon from wiring a network through a house.

So we do it the other way round: tell us what is going wrong, and we will tell you what we think it is and what it will cost. If it turns out to be bigger than that once we are there, we will stop and talk to you before doing anything else.
